Social Media Video Editor (In-House)

About the Role
We’re looking for a video editor who can handle both short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube videos).
This is an execution-focused role — you’ll be working based on clear direction and structure, focusing on delivering clean, engaging edits consistently.
What You’ll Do
- Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts) with strong pacing and retention
- Edit long-form videos (YouTube, 5–10 mins+) with proper structure
- Turn raw footage into clean, engaging outputs
- Add text, basic motion, sound, and visual elements as required
- Follow given direction and maintain consistency across content
- Deliver projects on time with clean, polished output
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in both short-form and long-form editing
- Good understanding of pacing and basic editing flow
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (or similar tools)
- Ability to follow direction and execute consistently
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Reliable with deadlines and feedback
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000/month (based on skill & performance)
