Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an In-House Sales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will manage day-to-day sales tasks, including responding to customer inquiries, identifying customer needs, providing product information, and preparing quotations. The role will also include maintaining client records, reaching out to prospects, assisting in achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills to effectively identify opportunities and drive conversions
- Solid understanding of construction chemicals, technical knowledge of products like tile adhesives, grouts, epoxies, and waterproofing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
- Proficiency in basic computer tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM software, and online communication platforms
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage time efficiently, and work within a target-driven environment
- Prior experience in B2B sales or the construction industry is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus
