Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an In-House Recruiter based in Gurugram. The In-House Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Additional responsibilities include creating and implementing recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. The role also requires tracking recruitment metrics to drive efficiency and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Experience with talent sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics analysis
- Ability to assess and match candidates to organizational needs
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with employer branding and candidate engagement strategies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
