About the Role
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and business-aware legal professional who can support the organization across contracts, compliance, risk management, and corporate legal advisory.
This role requires someone who can translate legal frameworks into practical business decisions while protecting the organization’s interests across strategic partnerships, operations, and commercial engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Legal Advisory
- Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders across business functions
- Support leadership on strategic and operational legal matters
- Interpret legal and regulatory requirements for business applicability
Contract Management
- Draft, review, negotiate, and vet commercial agreements
- Handle vendor, customer, NDA, partnership, and service contracts
- Ensure legal safeguards and risk mitigation within contractual frameworks
Compliance & Regulatory
- Ensure adherence to applicable corporate, labor, commercial, and regulatory laws
- Maintain legal documentation and compliance records
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy implementation and governance
Risk Management
- Identify legal and operational risks across business activities
- Recommend preventive and corrective legal measures
- Support business continuity through proactive legal structuring
Litigation & Dispute Management
- Coordinate with external counsels and legal consultants
- Track ongoing litigation, notices, and dispute resolution matters
- Assist in preparing legal responses, documentation, and case coordination
Candidate Profile
- LL.B. from a reputed institution (LL.M. preferred)
- 3–8 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing, electronics, technology, or infrastructure sectors preferred
- Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, labor, and IP laws
- Hands-on experience in contract drafting and negotiation
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
