About the Role
We're a growing D2C brand looking for a creative, driven Content Creator to join our in-house team. This isn't about chasing views — it's about building content that drives brand growth, customer engagement, and real marketing impact.
You'll work closely with the founder and marketing team to create authentic, trend-driven short-form content, while also contributing to broader marketing campaigns and brand visibility. Hands-on execution role, with ownership and creative freedom.
What You'll Do
🔹 Conceptualize, shoot & edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, BTS, product features)
🔹 Create content featuring the founder & internal team
🔹 Turn marketing goals into scroll-stopping content ideas
🔹 Support planning & execution of marketing campaigns
🔹 Stay on top of social trends & audience behaviour
🔹 Maintain a consistent content & posting calendar
🔹 Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign content
🔹 Research trends & analyze market/competition
🔹 Track and report on content & campaign performance
🔹 Assist in planning events, collabs & partnerships
Must-Haves
✔️ 1+ year hands-on experience in content creation/UGC
✔️ Strong grasp of Instagram & short-form video platforms
✔️ Comfortable working closely with founders & teams
✔️ Understands how content drives brand growth & sales
✔️ Confident with mobile shooting, framing & basic production
Good to Have
➕ Basic video editing skills
➕ Prior experience with D2C brands
➕ An active personal content portfolio/social handle
