🎯 *Role Overview*
We’re looking for a *hands-on Content Creator with 1–3 years of experience*.
Who enjoys being *in front of the camera and behind it*.
If you understand *what kind of content works, why it works, and how to create it consistently*, this role is for you.
You will play a key role in building Ambriona’s digital presence through *engaging, relatable, and high-performing video content*
You will are be required to travel to our factory ( Ratlam, M.P ) for shoots and travel in Mumbai where we are participating in exhibitions.
🔑 *Key Responsibilities*
🎥 Content Creation (Primary Focus)
* Shoot and edit *short-form videos (Reels / Shorts)* on a regular basis
* Confidently *appear on camera* for brand videos, Q&A, and explainers
* Execute content ideas quickly with a *speed + quality mindset*
🧠Content Thinking & Audience Understanding
* Understand who our target audience is and what content appeals to them
* Bring content ideas based on trends, competitors, and observations
* Contribute to simple *content planning and weekly calendars
📱 Platform Execution
* Work on platforms like Instagram & YouTube
* Optimize content for engagement (hooks, retention, relatability)
* Stay updated with *latest trends, formats, and audio*
🚀 Experimentation & Improvement
* Try different content formats
* Use basic insights (views, likes, shares) to improve future content
🧩 *Requirements*
* *1–3 years of experience* in content creation / social media / video production
* Comfortable and confident *speaking on camera*
Basic skills in:
* Video shooting (phone is fine)
* Editing tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.)
* Understanding of *Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts ecosystem*
* Creative mindset with the ability to *execute ideas independently*
