This role focuses on
legal documentation, compliance, and risk management .
Key Responsibilities
- Draft review legal agreements like:
- Development Agreements
- PAAA (Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement)
- Lease Deeds Conveyance Deeds
- Perform land title due diligence (ownership verification)
- Handle legal notices government communications
- Coordinate with:
- Municipal corporations
- Revenue authorities
- Manage:
- Disputes litigation
- External lawyers
- Ensure compliance with:
- RERA (Real Estate Regulation Act)
- Property redevelopment laws
Qualifications
- LLB / LLM (Law degree)
- Minimum 7+ years experience in real estate legal work
Required Skills - Strong knowledge of:
- Property laws
- MHADA regulations
- Land acquisition rules
- Excellent skills in:
- Contract drafting
- Negotiation
- Legal analysis
- Good communication coordination abilities
