The University of North Texas (UNT) is looking for a dynamic, results-driven In-Country Representative to be based out of our New Delhi office to lead our growth, expand our footprint, and support prospective students in navigating their journey to becoming a UNT Eagle! 🟢🦅
As a Tier 1 Research University located in the thriving Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, UNT offers world-class academics and an inclusive community. In this critical regional role, you will be the face of UNT in India, connecting directly with students, parents, high school counselors, and agency partners.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruitment: Plan and execute comprehensive recruitment initiatives across the region to meet undergraduate and postgraduate enrollment targets.
- Network & Partnership Building: Establish and maintain strong, active relationships with regional high schools, universities, and education agencies.
- Student & Partner Support: Provide expert guidance and counseling on UNT’s diverse academic programs, admissions requirements, scholarships, and campus life.
- Event Management: Organize and represent UNT at major regional education fairs, school visits, info sessions, and virtual webinars.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze regional market trends, competitor landscapes, and student mobility updates to optimize local strategies.
🎯 What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as an In-Country Representative, preferably representing a US university or higher education institution.
- Location: Must be able to work out of our New Delhi office (with regional travel as required).
- Network: An established, strong network with school counselors, institutional stakeholders, and trusted agency partners in the region.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with a self-motivated approach to managing a regional office.
