Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai (On‑site, mandatory)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
Role Overview
We’re seeking a creative professional who doesn’t just follow trends but knows how to shape them. This role is for someone who can
shoot, edit, and think like a content creator — bringing ideas to life and building trust through engaging storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Create in‑house content (your own and others) and manage the process end‑to‑end.
- Edit raw content with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling.
- Collaborate with design, content, influencer, and external teams.
- Contribute to building repeatable content formats and systems.
- Stay curious about skincare — understand products deeply and reflect that knowledge in content.
What We’re Looking For
- Someone already creating content consistently (Instagram, reels, UGC, etc.).
- Comfortable working in‑office, hands‑on with shooting, editing, ideating, experimenting.
- Ability to think beyond trends and structure content to fit the brand.
- Strong grasp of storytelling, hooks, pacing, and retention.
- Ownership mindset — you don’t wait for ideas; you bring them.
This Role Is Not For You If
- You only want to manage or schedule content.
- You’re not comfortable shooting or being directly involved in content creation.
Bonus (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in social media management.
- Interest in skincare science, ingredients, or formulations.
