Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad for an IMS QMS Manager at VEER LASER FAB. The IMS QMS Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and Quality Management System (QMS). Key tasks include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting internal audits, implementing quality control measures, developing procedures, and fostering a culture of quality and process optimization within the organization. The role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and meet customers' expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Integrated Management Systems (IMS)
- Proficiency in implementing, auditing, and maintaining ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Expertise in quality control, risk management, and process improvement
- Ability to develop and implement procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
- Experience in the metal fabrication industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; certifications such as Lead Auditor or Six Sigma are a plus
