About the role

We are seeking dedicated System Engineers at L1 and L2 levels to join our expanding managed IT services team. Our ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment where technical excellence and exceptional service delivery are paramount. Key Responsibilities: Provide remote and on-site support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues. Configure, install, and maintain Outlook, O365 applications, and other enterprise software. Assist in email account setup, troubleshooting, and O365 administration. Support Windows OS, network connectivity, printers, and other IT assets. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain documentation. Provide technical guidance to end-users and assist in IT process improvements. Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
