Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an IMS (Integrated Management System) Lead Auditor based in Mengio. The IMS Lead Auditor will perform audits across various industry standards, verify compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide valuable feedback to promote process improvements within client organizations. Key responsibilities include planning and conducting audits, preparing reports, identifying non-conformities, guiding corrective actions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ISO and other related standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in auditing principles and processes, particularly with Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
• In-depth understanding of standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety).
• Strong analytical skills to identify risks, evaluate compliance, and suggest improvements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse clients and teams.
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency in auditing tools and software.
• Experience working across various industries and handling complex audit scenarios.
• Lead Auditor Certification in relevant ISO standards is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to operate independently and manage tasks under deadlines with a high level of professionalism.
