Role Description
This is a full-time on-site IMS L1 Operations role based in Indore. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining IMS systems, managing first-level technical issues, and coordinating across teams to ensure system uptime. Daily tasks include troubleshooting operational incidents, implementing basic fixes, escalating unresolved matters to higher-level teams, and maintaining detailed documentation of activities and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in IMS troubleshooting and system monitoring
- Familiarity with incident management and escalation procedures
- Basic knowledge of network configurations and server systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical environment
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in L1 support and exposure to software systems is a plus
