As Strategic Associate to the Chief Web3 Officer you will play a pivotal role in driving and coordinating Web3 activities. Collaborating closely with our Leadership Team, you'll drive the tracking, documentation and organisation of key initiatives for the growth of ICN's Open Cloud Platform, directly influencing the direction of our ongoing and upcoming products. As a logistical representative of the wider Web3 team, this position will require 3 days per week on-site in our Hamburg office. As Right Hand to the Chief Web3 Officer you will: Workstream Management and Coordination: a. Oversee and track progress across all Web3-related workstreams, incl. but not limited to tokenomics, partnerships with hardware providers, product building & management, and technical design b. Drive and track the main milestones, delays, issues, achievements of technical implementations c. Maintain a consistent, in-depth overview of the Web3 team's priorities, ensuring alignment with individual and overall goals Documentation and Organisation: a. Develop and maintain comprehensive records of project activities, timelines, and deliverables b. Ensure all information is easily accessible, well-structured, and up-to-date c. Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as needed for internal and external stakeholders Strategic Support & Communication: a. Support in management functions & ideation of project operations b. Participate in Web3 function meetings related to product, tokenomics, partnerships, etc., capturing key insights and ensuring follow-through on action items Stakeholder Communication: a. Ensuring clear and effective communication within the team and with external partners b. Draft polished presentations, slides, and reports to support strategic technical & non-technical initiatives
