Role: Import Specialist (Import Sales)
Roles & Responsibilities:
l Identify and develop new business opportunities in the import sector.
l Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
l Promote and sell import exports to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
l Work closely with channel and enterprise teams to convert maximum enquiries in the zone.
l Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and increase revenue.
l Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors and customers.
l Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the import industry, market trends, and competitor activities.
l Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and channel partners showcasing the benefits of import express.
Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Skills & Qualification:
l Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
l Proven experience in sales, preferably in an import/export or supply chain role.
l Strong understanding of the import process, including customs regulations, shipping, and logistics.
l Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
l Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
l Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
l Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
l Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus (depending on market focus
