Position: Import Operations Manager – Freight Forwarding
Location: Mahipalpur, New Delhi (Near Aerocity Metro)
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Fixed)
IMPORTANT:
Only candidates currently working in freight forwarding companies with import operations experience should apply.
Profiles from export, MIS, sales, or non-logistics background will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end import operations (Air & Sea shipments)
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, CHA, and overseas agents
- Manage DO release process (ODEX or similar platforms)
- Ensure timely BOE filing, clearance, and delivery
- Handle shipment tracking, documentation, and client updates
- Prepare DSR and manage daily operational workflow
- Resolve shipment delays, escalations, and operational issues
- Manage and guide team members (if applicable)
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in import operations within freight forwarding
- Strong knowledge of import documentation (BL, BOE, Invoice, Packing List, DO)
- Hands-on experience with DO release / ODEX process
- Experience coordinating with CHA, shipping lines, and clients
- Ability to handle multiple shipments and operational pressure
- Must be currently working in a freight forwarding company
Preferred:
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates
- Candidates based in Delhi/NCR

- Candidates without relevant freight forwarding import experience will not be considered.
