We are hiring on behalf of our prestigious client for the position of Shipping Import & Export Senior Manager based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals with a strong background in shipping, logistics, international trade, and export operations within the Tea, Food, or FMCG industry.
Position: Shipping Import & Export Senior Manager
Location: 📍 Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Experience Required:
✔ 15–20 years of experience in Shipping, Logistics & International Export Operations
✔ Minimum 5 years in a Senior Leadership role
✔ Experience in Tea, Food, FMCG, Manufacturing or Export Industry preferred.
Educational Qualification:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or Shipping Management
✔ Master's Degree (MBA/Supply Chain) will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end global shipping, import & export operations.
- Develop shipping strategies and optimize international logistics networks.
- Manage carrier, freight forwarder & shipping line negotiations.
- Drive freight cost optimization, KPI management & operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, international trade, customs & food safety requirements.
- Lead import/export documentation, budgeting, contract management & supply chain risk mitigation.
- Mentor and lead high-performing logistics & shipping teams.
- Drive continuous process improvements and business growth initiatives.
