Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Import Export Manager. The Import Export Manager will oversee and manage the import and export operations, including handling export documentation and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, liaising with international clients and suppliers, ensuring proper communication, and maintaining accurate records of all export logistics. The role also entails staying updated with trade policies and contributing to the optimization of processes for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Import Export operations and a strong understanding of Export Documentation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of International Trade regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation processes efficiently.
- Experience in logistics and trade process optimization is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple shipments, deadlines, and paperwork.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
