Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Rajkot for an Import Export Executive/Documentation role. Responsibilities include managing import and export operations, overseeing logistics processes, maintaining accurate documentation, tracking international shipments, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with clients and partners, offering exceptional customer service, and coordinating with external stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in managing Import and Export processes and documentation
- Familiarity with Import Logistics operations and regulations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in handling trade documentation and regulatory compliance
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software tools
- Educational background in Business, International Trade, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a similar role or industry will be an advantage
