Job Summary
:We are looking for an experienced Export & Import Executive to manage end-to-end international trade operations for a manufacturing setup. The candidate will be responsible for handling export-import documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders and customs authorities, and ensuring smooth and compliant shipment processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of EXIM procedures, logistics coordination, and regulatory compliance
.
Key Responsibilitie
- s:Handle complete export and import documentation including invoice, packing list, bill of lading, shipping bill, and other related document
- s.Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), and logistics partners for timely shipment executio
- n.Manage customs clearance processes for both exports and import
- s.Ensure compliance with DGFT regulations, GST requirements, and international trade law
- s.Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal teams and client
- s.Prepare and verify export-import documentation to ensure accuracy and complianc
- e.Handle LC (Letter of Credit), advance payments, and other trade finance documentatio
- n.Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams for shipment plannin
- g.Manage vendor and client communication related to logistics and shipment statu
- s.Maintain proper records of shipments, invoices, and compliance documentatio
- n.Identify and resolve issues related to delays, documentation errors, or customs querie

- le:4–5 years of experience in export-import operations (preferably in manufacturing industr
- y).Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fie
