Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Import Export Executive located in Noida. The responsibilities include managing import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, coordinating with clients and logistics partners, and maintaining accurate shipment documentation. The role also involves ensuring timely and efficient customer service while addressing client needs related to import and export activities. The Import Export Executive will play a critical role in supporting the seamless flow of goods across borders and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Import and Export operations, including knowledge of international trade policies and documentation.
- Proficiency in Import Logistics and the ability to manage shipping and supply chain operations efficiently.
- Strong communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with clients, logistics partners, and internal teams effectively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate tracking and documentation of imports and exports.
- Understanding of trade regulations and ability to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for tracking and managing logistics processes is advantageous.
- A degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
