Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Import Export Executive to manage end-to-end shipment execution and ensure seamless coordination across suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
This role is critical in ensuring timely dispatch, accurate documentation and smooth delivery of export shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, CHA, and freight forwarders for shipment execution
- Track shipment lifecycle: cargo readiness → dispatch → customs clearance → delivery
- Maintain shipment documentation checklist (Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.)
- Ensure timelines are met and proactively resolve delays/issues
- Work closely with documentation team to ensure compliance with export regulations
- Monitor container planning (reefer/dry) and loading schedules
- Maintain daily shipment tracking reports and share status updates
- Coordinate with buyers for shipment updates and requirements
Qualifications:
Preferred Experience- 2–4 years in export operations /supply chain
- Experience in handling international shipments (Air/Sea)
- Familiarity with CHA and freight forwarder coordination
- Experience in agri/food exports is a plus
