Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Export Executive, located in Faridabad. The role involves coordinating import and export operations, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth shipment processes. Additionally, the role includes liaising with clients, suppliers, and freight forwarders to maintain effective communication, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to global trade activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Import Logistics and Export operations.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage interactions with clients and partners effectively.
- Working knowledge and experience in handling Import documentation and regulations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage cross-functional tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with global trade practices and regulations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for logistics, inventory, and communication is beneficial.
