Exim/Import-Export Documentation
Qualification:
Candidate should be Graduate (B.Com/BBA)
Experience:
Fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience in Exim/Import-Export profile preferred.
Requirements:
· The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel, along with Good email writing and communication skills & have good hand with chatGPT & other AI engine.
· Additionally, basic knowledge of import-export processes will be an added advantage.
· The candidate should also possess strong internet research and data analysis skills to effectively support EXIM-related functions.
· Good command of English language.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handling import and export documentation activities.
· Coordination with CHA, transporters, suppliers, and customers.
· Maintaining shipment records and reports.
· Follow-up for dispatch, delivery, and documentation compliance.
· Professional communication through emails with internal and external stakeholders.
· Analysis of Import-Export data.
