Role Description
This is a contract, remote role for an Import Export Coordinator. The responsibilities include managing import-export operations, preparing and reviewing export documentation, coordinating shipment logistics, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role also involves maintaining strong customer service standards and fostering relationships with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Import, Export, and Import-Export operations
- Strong understanding and experience with Export Documentation
- Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Ability to manage detailed documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Proficient in communication and problem-solving
- Experience in international trade or logistics is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field
