Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Import Export Coordinator based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The primary responsibilities include preparing and managing import-export documentation, coordinating shipments, monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and liaising with clients, vendors, and customs officials to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a seamless service experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Export Documentation, Import, and Export procedures
- Experience with Import Export operations and logistics
- Strong Customer Service skills to manage client and vendor communication
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field is preferred
