Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai is designed for professionals in Import - Documentation & Customer Service. The role involves maintaining and processing import documentation, liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, and managing end-to-end import/export activities. You will be an essential point of contact for international trade operations and work closely with CHA operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Import, Export, and Import/Export documentation processes
- Experience in Customer Service and the ability to manage customer inquiries and concerns efficiently
- Knowledge of International Trade processes and regulations, including best practices
- Experience or familiarity with CHA (Customs House Agent) operations is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
