Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Import - Customer Service position, located in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. The selected candidate will manage import and export operations, ensure smooth communication with customers, and handle all aspects of international trade documentation and processes. The role also involves coordinating with various stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Import, Export, and Import-Export management
- Strong expertise in Customer Service with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building
- Knowledge and practical experience in International Trade processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using modern logistics management systems is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
