Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Maharashtra, India. The Implementation Specialist - ZOHO will be responsible for software implementation, configuring ZOHO applications to meet client requirements, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves conducting training sessions for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining clear communication throughout the implementation process. Additionally, the Implementation Specialist will analyze customer needs to provide tailored solutions and support their business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Implementation and ZOHO applications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams to troubleshoot and develop client-focused solutions
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in client training and technical support is an advantage
