Role Description This full-time Implementation Specialist role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Implementation Specialist will work closely with customers to configure and deploy NAVEX software solutions according to defined requirements and timelines. Responsibilities include gathering and validating client needs, mapping workflows, performing system configuration, and participating in data migration and integration activities. The role also involves conducting product demonstrations, delivering end-user and administrator training, and providing guidance on best practices to drive adoption and customer satisfaction. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, the Implementation Specialist will monitor project progress, document implementation steps, resolve issues, and ensure smooth handoff to ongoing support.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret client requirements, troubleshoot configuration issues, and optimize solution setup.
- Experience in software implementation, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with related platforms.
- Customer service and customer satisfaction focus, with a commitment to building trust and supporting successful solution adoption.
- Clear, professional communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead customer training sessions.
- Experience working in SaaS or enterprise software environments; exposure to risk, compliance, or HR technology is an advantage.
