Role Description
Own end-to-end client onboarding and implementation activities to ensure accurate system configuration, smooth go-live, and successful platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather client requirements and understand workflows through onboarding and kickoff activities.
- Configure call flows, extensions, queues, voicemail routing, and business hours based on client needs.
- Coordinate number porting activities with telecom providers and track implementation timelines.
- Validate hardware compatibility, device mapping, and network readiness with client IT teams.
- Set up systems, create users/extensions, and perform pre-go-live testing.
- Train clients on platform usage, including Agent App, Deskphone, and Admin Console.
- Support go-live activities, validate system performance, and troubleshoot implementation issues.
- Monitor post go-live performance and escalate complex technical issues when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain accurate implementation documentation and trackers.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and client coordination skills.
- Understanding of telephony systems, call routing, and implementation workflows.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability during onboarding and go-live.
- Attention to detail in configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple implementations and work cross-functionally.
