Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Implementation Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end deployments of Trackerwave's RTLS and IoT solutions at customer locations across Bengaluru and other assigned regions.
The role involves gathering customer requirements, configuring hardware and software solutions, performing system integration and testing, and ensuring successful implementation. You will work closely with customers, product management, engineering, and support teams to deliver seamless deployments.
Key responsibilities include conducting user training, troubleshooting implementation issues, supporting go-live activities, monitoring deployed solutions, documenting system configurations, and providing valuable feedback to improve products and implementation processes. The role requires periodic travel to customer sites as needed.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. The Implementation Specialist will plan, execute, and support RTLS and IoT deployments at customer sites.
Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring solutions, integrating systems, testing, training users, troubleshooting issues, and supporting go-live activities. Some travel may be required.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in software implementation, technical deployment, field engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
Strong analytical amand problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Experience in software configuration, hardware installation, and basic integration with enterprise IT environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals, IoT technologies, or RTLS technologies such as Bluetooth, UWB, or NB-IoT is preferred.
Willingness to travel to customer locations within Bengaluru and other locations as required.
Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
Strong documentation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
1–2 years of experience in implementation, deployment, field engineering, or a similar technical role.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with software configuration, hardware installation, and basic IT integration.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Knowledge of networking, IoT, RTLS, Bluetooth, UWB, or NB-IoT is preferred.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Strong documentation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
