Job Overview

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to support the rollout of e-invoicing solutions (Peppol framework) in the UAE. The role involves system implementation, API integrations, and client coordination to ensure successful onboarding and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end system implementation and integration projects
Work on API, XML, and EDI-based integrations
Understand client invoicing processes and configure solutions accordingly
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders during implementation
Assist in testing, validation, and successful go-live of solutions
Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues

Key Requirements

2–5 years of experience in system implementation or integration roles
Hands-on experience with API integration / XML / EDI
Experience in client-facing implementation projects
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in e-invoicing (GST, ZATCA, Peppol, or similar frameworks)
Exposure to business systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho

This is a technical implementation role. Candidates with only accounting or bookkeeping experience are not suitable for this position.
