Installation/ConversionSpecialist/- RS Implementation Job Description Profile Summary Under general supervision, the Installation/Conversion Specialist is responsible for converting clients' plan participant data to in-house recordkeeping and payments systems.

Profile Description

● Ensures complete and accurate assumption of participant records for new clients. This includes set up of new clients, conversion of existing balances from prior recordkeepers, proficiency in all aspects of reconciliation, compliance and services related to plans.

● Coordinates and manages responses to client service requests during installation and conversion process. This is achieved through reconciliation of plan assets, report and statement production, communications with clients, and timeline creation and maintenance.

● Capable of handling installation/processing of start up plans and standard takeover plans.

● Works closely with managers and participates in team environment, assisting others and monitoring team progress.

● Ensure all assigned work and tasks are completed in a timely manner.

● Other duties as assigned. Knowledge & Experience

● BS or equivalent experience

● 2 – 4 years defined contribution experience

● Project management skills

● Strong oral and written communication skills, strong leadership skills, ability to handle multiple priorities

● Ability to work independently and in a team
