Role Summary
We are seeking an Implementation Principal Specialist to support the successful rollout of hospitality technology solutions for our global clients. You will act as a subject‑matter expert across systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), Content Management Systems (CMS), Rate and Inventory platforms, and Revenue Management Systems (RMS). This role involves coordinating integrations, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and contributing to consistent, high‑quality implementation practices.

You Will Be Responsible For
- Coordinating end‑to‑end implementations, including workflow planning, test execution, Application Programming Interface (API) validation, and deployment support.
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and client teams to identify gaps in business requirements and define clear solutions.
- Supporting issue investigation, root‑cause analysis, and timely resolution across onboarding and integration phases.
- Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), integration guides, workflow diagrams, and API mapping documentation while managing the implementation catalog.
- Partnering with cross‑functional teams to streamline onboarding, optimize workflows, and improve delivery efficiency.
About The Ideal Candidate
- Overall Experience 10 years to 16 years.
- Practical experience minimum 6+ years with technical troubleshooting and foundational development concepts across front‑end and back‑end environments.
- Understanding of API development, data validation, reporting, and working with SQL / non‑SQL databases and analytics tools such as Power BI.
- Experience in implementation or solution‑delivery roles within hospitality technology or travel technology settings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Helpful experience includes familiarity with cloud‑based hospitality platforms (e.g., Oracle Hospitality, TravelClick, Amadeus), hotel system integrations, rate management, and Agile practices.
