Role Overview:

We are seeking a Implementation Manager / Technical Lead for our Implementation team to drive complex customer onboarding projects and lead a team of engineers. This role involves converting business requirements into technical solutions, creating High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents, and ensuring automation-first approaches in all implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Java, Python, MySQL, AWS, and DevOps/CI-CD, along with leadership skills to guide the team and embed new tools and technologies into the SDLC.

Work Location: Chennai

Mode of Work: All 5 days (WFO)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the implementation engineering team.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Drive an automation-first approach to reduce onboarding time and customizations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Create HLD and LLD documents and develop architecture diagrams for new implementations.
• Embed new tools and technologies into the SDLC to streamline processes.
• Oversee infrastructure setup for new customers (databases, stored procedures, scripts, SFTP, network drives).
• Ensure smooth integration with existing systems and workflows.
• Support production environments until stabilization post-deployment.
• Identify repetitive tasks and develop automation frameworks.
• Standardize onboarding processes and reduce manual interventions.
• Work with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and support.
• Provide technical guidance during planning and estimation phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in implementation engineering or solution deployment, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, and MySQL.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-based deployments.
• Mandatory experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to create HLD/LLD documents and architecture diagrams.
• Familiarity with SFTP, networking concepts, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes and testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to embed automation and new tools into workflows.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare domain (payer/provider systems).
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements (HIPAA).
