Role: Implementation Manager – Core Banking Solutions

Role Overview
As an Implementation Manager in the Core Banking Solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality post-sales support, product deployment, and implementation services to banking clients.
You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders, internal product teams, and technical teams to ensure seamless installation, configuration, and operational readiness of core banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Implementation
- Install, configure, and deploy core banking software solutions at client locations or remotely
- Perform data migration, parameter setup, and environment configuration based on client requirements
- Work hands on SQL server,Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Coordinate with internal product and development teams for customization and integrations
🔹 Support
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for functional and technical issues
- Log, track, and resolve incidents through ticketing systems while ensuring SLA compliance
- Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and patch deployments
🔹 Client Engagement
- Conduct user training sessions, product demonstrations, and functional walkthroughs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Gather client feedback to support continuous product improvement
- Be available for on-site travel as required
🔹 Documentation
- Prepare and maintain implementation guides, user manuals, and support documentation
- Document configurations, changes, and issue resolutions for future reference
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Core Banking processes (CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, General Ledger, etc.)
- Experience working with banking products or fintech applications
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (SQL server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with system integrations (APIs, middleware) in a banking environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Banking Technology, or related field.
- 8 to 15 years of experience in product implementation/support in the BFSI domain.
- Prior experience in Core Banking software (e.g. CBS) preferred.
