We’re looking for an Implementation Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning signed deals into successful, live customers.
You’ll own customer onboarding end to end from post-sales handoff to go-live—making sure customers see value quickly and effortlessly. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, and play a key role in shaping how implementations scale as we grow.
This role is perfect for someone who likes ownership, customer impact, and building things from scratch.
You’ll play a critical role in onboarding our early customers and shaping the foundation of our implementation playbook.
What You’ll Do
Own Customer Implementations
- Take full ownership of customer onboarding and implementation
- Drive projects from kick-off to go-live, keeping things on time and on track
- Configure and deploy our SaaS product based on customer needs
- Make sure customers have a smooth, frictionless implementation experience
- Proactively spot risks or blockers and resolve them before they become issues
Be the Customer Champion
- Act as the main point of contact for customers during implementation
- Understand customer workflows and help them adopt best practices
- Proactively spot risks or blockers and resolve them before they become issues
Work Cross‑Functionally
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
- Translate customer requirements into clear implementation plans
- Provide feedback to Product based on real customer use cases
- Partner with Sales during pre-sales to scope implementation efforts and set clear expectations with customers
Build for Scale
- Create and improve implementation processes, templates, and playbooks
- Look for ways to reduce implementation time and increase efficiency
- Help build a repeatable onboarding motion that scales with growth
Enable & Educate
- Conduct product walkthroughs and training sessions
- Create simple, easy-to-understand documentation for customers and internal teams
How Success is Measured
- Time to go-live for new customers
- Implementation cycle time and efficiency
- Customer activation and feature adoption rates
- Early customer retention and satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- 8-10 years of experience in SaaS implementations, onboarding, or delivery roles
- Experience managing multiple customers and projects at the same time
- Strong understanding of cloud-based SaaS products, integrations, and workflows
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and moving fast
- Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset
- Strong ownership mentality—you don’t wait to be told what to do
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up
- Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, etc.
- Experience working with mid-market or enterprise customers
- Certifications like PMP / Agile / Scrum (good to have, not required)
