Job Description:
- Oversee and manage the firm’s financial reporting, accounting functions, and general ledger activities.
- Lead the implementation of Sage Intacct ERP systems for clients, including setup, configuration, and testing.
- Work closely with clients to assess their business needs and develop customized financial systems solutions.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans for ERP implementation, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of Sage Intacct with other business systems (CRM, payroll, etc.).
- Manage and supervise accounting staff, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to best practices.
- Analyze financial data and generate reports for senior management, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards, particularly in the context of ERP system implementations.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients on how to use Sage Intacct and other integrated financial systems effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations and systems. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations, industry trends, and software updates.
- Lead post-implementation reviews, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the ERP solution and recommending adjustments as needed.
