PurpleDocs is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Implementation Engineer to deploy and support hospital software solutions across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and deploy hospital software solutions at client locations
- Train hospital staff (doctors, nurses, admin teams) on software usage
- Install and configure software applications
- Set up and troubleshoot basic networks (LAN, routers, connectivity)
- Coordinate with internal software and technical teams
- Provide 1st-level technical support to clients
- Troubleshoot software and network-related issues
- Collect logs and report issues for escalation
- Ensure smooth go-live and post-implementation support
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to confidently train hospital staff
- Good technical troubleshooting ability
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
Language Requirements
English – Mandatory
Hindi – Mandatory
Eligibility
Gujarati/Marathi – Preferred
- Graduate (IT/computer science/networking certifications preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Immediate joiners preferred
