Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Implementation Engineer, located in the Gujarat. The Implementation Engineer will oversee the end-to-end software implementation and project execution for hospital clients. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, managing project timelines, assisting customers in adopting the ERP system, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders for a smooth implementation process. The role also requires troubleshooting technical issues and training clients for optimal use of the company's solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience 0-2 in Software Implementation and Project Implementation for technical solutions
- Strong Technical Support and Customer Service skills to assist clients effectively
- Proficiency in Project Management for coordinating timelines, resources, and communication
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with healthcare management systems is an added advantage
