We are looking for an experienced implementation engineer who understands both design and production logic in the customized furniture / cabinetry industry, and enjoys solving complex customer project challenges.
About the Role
In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementation for enterprise customers, including requirement alignment, product library planning, parametric modeling, database configuration, testing, customer training, and project delivery. You’ll work closely with customers, factories, and internal product/technical teams to ensure successful project rollout and long-term customer success.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation projects for local India customers
- Guide customers in organizing product and production data, including product systems, quotation rules, design guidelines, BOM/process lists, shop drawings, etc.
- Conduct Coohom parametric modeling training and implementation guidance, enabling customers to independently build and manage their product libraries
- Understand customer business scenarios and workflows, conduct customer research, clarify requirements, and drive successful implementation and acceptance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to solve production and technical issues during project delivery
- Create and manage implementation project plans, monitor delivery progress, and ensure healthy project execution
- Analyze customer manufacturing and digitalization workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and propose implementation solutions that improve customer efficiency and value
- Support regional industry solution research and localization
- Communicate and coordinate technical integration with cutting optimization / nesting / production software systems
Qualifications
- Native-level English and local Indian language communication skills, with clear English communication
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3+ years of experience in customized furniture, manufacturing, or related industries, including at least 1 year in customer implementation or technical service roles
- Familiar with furniture production processes such as cutting, edge banding, drilling, etc.
- Familiar with CAD / 3DMAX / production software; experience with Coohom and parametric modeling is highly preferred
- Strong customer communication and training skills; able to explain complex technical concepts in a practical and understandable way
- Comfortable with customer visits, business travel, or on-site project support (2–3 days per week when needed)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills

Pay range and compensation package
Monthly base pay plus annual performance bonus
