Key Accountabilities

  • Complete assigned support and implementation tasks with high quality and within defined SLAs
  • Implement MRTM solutions at customer sites
  • Conduct SIT, UAT, and performance testing activities
  • Monitor systems and perform maintenance to ensure high performance and service availability
  • Ensure MRTM solutions run as expected through proactive monitoring and support
  • Schedule, generate, and deliver campaign, operational, and ad-hoc performance reports
  • Ensure campaigns are configured, executed, and running as planned
  • Support GCS Support and TechOps team members as required
  • Deliver high-quality application implementations
  • Contribute to solution design and project implementation activities
  • Develop and maintain procedural documentation and contribute to the knowledge base
  • Design, document, implement, and QA campaigns and reports aligned to client briefs
  • Mentor campaign configuration team members
  • Lead campaign management activities to ensure delivery to a high standard
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders (CVM, Campaign Management, IT)
  • Identify system performance issues and recommend short-term and long-term corrective actions
  • Attend to clients in an onsite capacity when required
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, Comviva policies, and business standards
  • Follow workplace health and safety procedures, proactively identify hazards, and report incidents promptly

Mandatory Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical support and implementation roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience supporting high-volume, high-value enterprise applications
  • Proven experience in system support, fault resolution, upgrades, and customer satisfaction management
  • Prior experience working onsite at client locations
  • Strong SQL expertise (PostgreSQL, Oracle, VoltDB, SingleStore)
  • Knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems
  • Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, TCP, XML, JSON, SMPP, and REST APIs
  • Experience with scripting and CI/CD processes
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
  • Experience with ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and changing requirements

Desirable Skills

  • Industry experience in Telecom or CRM/Marketing domains
  • Prior experience with MRTM or campaign management platforms
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive, flexible, and determined approach
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and evolving environments
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to share knowledge and mentor others
