Role: Implementation Engineer
Experience: 6 months –1 year (Freshers welcome)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Implementation Engineer to support product implementation, testing, and deployment. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product implementation and go-live activities
- Assist with system setup, configuration, and testing
- Analyze and track technical issues with internal teams
- Provide onsite client support when required
Requirement:
- Degree or Diploma qualification
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel and support clients onsite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to challenges.
