Job Description
We are hiring a Talkdesk Implementation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Talkdesk configuration and cloud contact center implementations.
Required Skills
- Hands-on configuration of call flows in Talkdesk
- Experience working with:
- Talkdesk Studio Flow
- Talkdesk Autopilot
- Talkdesk Copilot
- Configure IVR flows, routing logic, automation workflows, and conversational AI journeys
- Experience in Talkdesk integrations and troubleshooting
- Ability to work directly with business and operations teams
- Good understanding of contact center and CX processes
Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy Talkdesk solutions for enterprise clients
- Build and manage call routing workflows and automation
- Support implementation, testing, and production deployment
- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues
- Collaborate with CX, operations, and technical teams remotely
Preferred
- Experience with CRM integrations such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
- Knowledge of APIs and cloud contact center platforms
- Talkdesk certifications are an added advantage
