Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for an Implementation Customer Support professional. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers throughout the implementation process, providing technical and functional support, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring successful onboarding. Additionally, the role requires troubleshooting issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and bridging communication between teams to deliver excellent service and solutions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Customer Support and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build positive customer relationships
- Proficient in Hindi & English Speaking.
- Ability to analyze problems effectively, supported by solid Analytical Skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-first mindset
- Familiarity with HR and Payroll software is an added advantage
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Prior experience in an implementation or customer support role is a plus
