Role Description
We are hiring an Implementation & Customer Success Lead who will own client onboarding, implementation, training, and long-term success.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, understanding real business problems, configuring software workflows, training teams, and ensuring that clients are not just using Smartsevak, but are achieving measurable business outcomes.
The person will work closely with founders, clients, sales, and the internal tech team to ensure smooth go-live, strong product adoption, and continued client engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of new clients.
- Configure workflows related to leads, bookings, WhatsApp journeys, follow-ups, feedback, and campaigns.
- Ensure smooth and timely go-live for every client.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute client-specific requirements.
Use-Case Understanding
- Understand client operations, especially in hospitals — calls, walk-ins, appointments, enquiries, follow-ups, and patient communication.
- Map real operational problems to Smartsevak’s solutions.
- Suggest practical best practices to improve efficiency, conversions, and adoption.
Customer Success & Retention
- Track client usage, engagement, and adoption.
- Identify gaps in client usage and proactively solve them.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure long-term retention.
- Help clients get measurable value from Smartsevak.
Training & Product Education
- Train client teams on how to use the software effectively.
- Create simple tutorial videos, guides, and training material.
- Reduce client dependency on support by improving product understanding.
Sales & Demo Support
- Support product demos with use-case clarity.
- Help customize solution presentations based on client requirements.
- Assist the sales team in improving demo quality and conversion.
Service & Execution Support
- Handle advanced client requirements and operational workflows.
- Execute campaigns, feedback systems, automation journeys, and client-specific setups.
- Coordinate with the tech team for product issues, changes, and improvements.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in SaaS, CRM, customer success, implementation, BPO, hospital operations, or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good understanding of business operations and workflows.
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools.
- Ability to understand client problems and convert them into practical solutions.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage client expectations.
- Good coordination skills with clients and internal teams.
Bonus Points
- Prior experience in training, onboarding, or implementation.
- Exposure to healthcare, hospitals, call centers, or CRM systems.
- Experience in product demos or client-facing sales support.
- Ability to create tutorial videos or simple product documentation.
