Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business processes and gather functional requirements to deliver the right solution.
- Conduct product demonstrations, configure solutions, and manage implementation from onboarding to go-live.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth client communication and project execution.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to define enhancements and customer-specific requirements.
- Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and deliver training to ensure successful user adoption.
- Stay updated on AI and automation trends to recommend practical solutions for business use cases.
