Role Description
We are looking for a strong on-site ERPNext Functional Consultant with deep finance understanding, who can also handle financial control aspects for our clients.
Who should apply:
- 3–7 years of experience
- Strong in accounting concepts
- Hands-on with ERPNext
- Comfortable working with manufacturing setups
Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Aundh & PCMC)

This role is a mix of:
- ERP implementation & consulting
- Financial process control
- Manufacturing system implementation
You will work directly with leadership and clients to drive system-based business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP & Functional
- Handle ERPNext functional consulting for Finance & Manufacturing modules
- Understand client processes and map them into ERPNext
- Configure workflows, reports, and validations
- Support ongoing system improvements and issue resolution
Financial Control
Ensure correctness of:
- P&L
- Balance Sheet
- Inventory valuation
- Perform reconciliations (inventory, sales, payments, ledgers)
- Identify gaps in financial processes and fix them through the system
- Manufacturing & Operations
- Work on BOM, production planning, and costing
- Improve process flow from procurement → production → sales
- Ensure data accuracy across operations
Client Interaction
- Directly work with founders/finance teams
- Conduct requirement discussions and solutioning
- Drive adoption and discipline in system usage
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Accounting & Financial processes
Hands-on experience with ERPNext (must)
Understanding of Manufacturing workflows
Good to have:
- Experience with Frappe Framework
- Exposure to Zoho or similar tools
- Basic SQL / reporting knowledge
