**Overview:**
The Implementation & Training team is composed of product knowledge experts responsible for delivering comprehensive Product Trainings—covering new staff inductions and client site training for the Travel Industry. The team plays a vital role in supporting Tour Operator clients during their Go-Live phase by identifying gaps, gathering requirements, highlighting potential roadblocks, guiding client setup, finalizing processes, and resolving queries. Additionally, team members develop and maintain business requirement documents, functional specifications, and user manuals, providing consultation to internal teams and clients based on extensive product knowledge.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze, document, and propose functional solutions for Travel Studio business areas; contribute to functional specifications.
- Conduct user workshops with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into optimal configurations within Travel Studio.
- Analyze and document client business processes and workflows.
- Produce functional specifications for System Change Requests based on business analysis.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, development teams, and third-party vendors throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Assist in designing and executing test scenarios and scripts.
- Create, update, and maintain user manuals and client-specific documentation.
- Provide consultation and technical guidance to internal departments and clients, leveraging in-depth product knowledge.
**Skills & Qualifications:**
- Preferably with domain expertise in the International Travel Industry.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong training, testing, and problem-solving abilities; quick learner with the capacity to grasp product functionality rapidly.
- Proven experience in interacting directly with end users.
- Hands-on experience with product configuration and testing within Tour Operating software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to think creatively ("Out of The Box") and resolve issues efficiently.
- Good interpersonal skills for effective communication at all organizational levels.
- Results-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Willing and able to travel to client sites for training sessions.
